Description
The formation of candy cores for subsequent chocolate coating is done on complex, large and expensive machines. We offer relatively simple, compact, productive equipment for forming round candy cores of various diameters, from masses composed of various ingredients.
Two equipment sizes are roller-type rounders, in which preliminary preparation of the workpiece is made with subsequent division and rounding. The rounder's working process is cyclic - the cycle begins with loading a cylindrical workpiece into the rounder, after which the length increases and diameter decreases, and the cycle ends with obtaining round candies from the initial mass.
We have our own rounder design development. It allows obtaining high-quality round candy cores and a productive process in terms of the number of cores per unit of time.
